"Jordan Bair is an EXCEPTIONAL agent and he exemplifies leadership and professional. We spoke months ago and he noticed I had an accident that would fall off and he called back exactly when he said he would. He left such a positive and warm impression on me I saved his number in my phone and so when he called I knew exactly who he was. Yesterday he helped me switch from Farmers. I would not have switched if it wasn’t for Jordan! I can tell he really cares about his job AND HIS CUSTOMERS. He is genuine, thorough, and very informative. He answered all my questions and explained things like no other rep has before. Even though State Farm would be $10 more after Dec 20th than Farmers (Farmers has been over charging me massively for the past 6 months), because Jordan was such a good customer service rep I chose to switch anyway so I can get away from the robots at Farmers and have an agency with real people who really care. Never lose that! Jordan also explained two benefits I’ll now get that I didn’t get with Farmers which makes the ten dollars worth it (also the ten dollars really comes from me having a stop sign ticket). The benefits are the extra money if there’s a death and the much much better, affordable and competitive deductible rate for the same benefits."

"Ive had State Farm for a good few years now, and i absolutely love the team at Jan Rooney State Farm. Always a joy dealing with them. I have a hard time with insurance jargen, and they make sure i understand everything im hearing. A lot of agents out there can be very...robotic...for lack of better words. "I received excellent service from the Angelina when my car was hit by another driver in a private parking lot. She was able to find the the other driver's insurance company contact number and made the initial call to start the claims process with the other insurance company. She followed up with me along the way to make sure my car was fixed to my satisfaction."
